I won't lie, I was surprised to see Chick-fil-A would be offering mac and cheese on its menu. A hearty mixture of soft noodles, blended cheeses, and milk, it's a hard dish to mess up. Yet somehow, a lot of fast-food chains and restaurants can't seem to master the consistency of a creamy, rich mac and cheese. Being the pasta connoisseur I am, I checked my hesitation at the door and ordered a small side of Chick-fil-A's mac and cheese. And boy, did it not disappoint!
The chain has mastered the perfect noodle-to-cheese ratio, and my stomach has never been so happy.
